The 2017 Lapraik Weekend will take place at the beginning of June and it is expected that winners of the World Poetry Competition from previous years, who come from many parts of Scotland and North England, will be taking part in the senior event.
The children’s potry competition will take place in Muirkirk Parish Church with a buffet afterwards in St Thomas’ Hall.
